Head fears AGAIN

Last year I started getting left sided weird feelings in my head along with tingling hand etc, doc refered me for a cat scan jan this year, that was all fine...neurologist said sound like migraines.
Things have been well apart from odd blip with random unexplained pain all on left side.
Anyhow for last few days I have had shooting pains in left head, I was coping as been there before but this time they seem to be worse, like a burning under my scalp for past 3hours and tingling in right hand.
Opticians today said eyes were fine :yesyes: so not sure whats going on, been crying for last hour worrying :( even the optician said migraines usually last 24hour max not 4 days :weep:

Well that's not true Hun I've had a migrain last a good 7 days they can be awfull mine was the pill an certain smell cen trigger one like lemon flash xx

I'm sick of felling like this :( the optician said it doesn't sound like typical migraines
