Just something that crossed my mind, but it's hard to find an answer on Google..! Last year around this time, I got hit with a multitude of stressful occasions. Today, I'm still anxious and stressed but not as bad as back then. I was wondering if it's still possible to feel the effects of stress from such a long time ago, maybe because I've remain stressed to one extent or another throughout the year? Might explain why my anxiety has been tough to shake :p
