Hey guys, so I've been on anti depressants for about 3 months now, noticed a great improvement when I first started taking them but the last week I've gradually started feeling worse again and today I just broke down in tears, I'm a bit lost and don't know what to do anymore, I think the main thing for me is I find it really hard to sleep and that in turn makes me feel worse, I really thought I was on the road to recovery and now this, it's very hard to accept :(
