If your heart is acting up and won't stop, get an electrocardiogram. Many doctors surgeries now have the equipment.

I have heart rhythm problems related to problems with the atrial pacemaker - atrial flutter (heart rhythm 120-150 bpm) and atrial fibrillation (completely irregular heartbeat). Fortunately, I have medication which has always corrected this within four days. For problems like this, you do need a specialist cardiologist - it is beyond most GPs.

Can you lay flat and do a breathing exercise from Utube or a phone spp.
I use yoga for breathing. The key us if you can learn to slow it down
you will be able to do this at bed and in the night to get back to sleep m
this was one of my big fears. I am still afraid of my hr but know how to
bring it back down. I just need to learn how to exercise snd accept
that is whst the heart is to do
