I am a 41 year old female that has depression and anxiety in the family. I have been taking 100mg Zoloft for 4 years now and am managing the depression pretty well. The past couple of months have been diagnosed with palpitations/sinus tachychardia and general anxiety. It has gotten better for me with meds. I am taking 1/2 Klonopin twice daily and Metoprolol twice daily. They have helped to dull the sensation of the fast heart beats and calmed down the anxiety to an extent. It's still always scary though. I found this website from a Facebook group and am thankful.
