Merry Christmas everyone!

I don't like having to post here today but since I got up this morning I've had intermittent pain in my upper left arm. I've taken paracetemol but its not worked at all :( i feel sick and scared :(

Hi fruity. I'm better today but really exhausted. My fiance gave me a massage on my arm and armpit which helped a bit but I couldn't eat much at all as I was so sick to my stomach with anxiety

Im going to the cinema today with a friend but all I want to do is go back to bed.
