About 2 years ago I was on this forum several times a day and was unable to leave the house due to chronic panic attacks and agoraphobia.
Thanks to a very supportive CBT therapist and lots of hard work I am pleased to say that I am now back working full time (albeit in a completely different job- my previous employers made me redundant as I was off sick all the time).
I consider myself as recovered although occasionally I feel the old dizziness coming over me again.
My question is this- How many people consider themselves to have gone through hell but recovered and how many feel they will never get better?
