I've been waking up every morming with terrible aches in my top row of teeth. I've read that this is caused by stress and anxiety. I also find my self gritting my teeth when I'm driving and try to stop doing it. My fiance has seen me asleep gritting my teeth.

Any suggestions? Don't really want to be taking a trip to the dentist as well as the doctors!

Cheers:)

Yes , it certainly is and it's very common

You can get a mouth guard from your dentist.

You may want to go anyway to see you've not caused any damage so far. Good that you've noticed it early.

Anxiety is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind.
If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.

I have a mouth guard because I clench my teeth really badly - it really helps.
