Sharp Pain Right Side Area of belly button

For the past couple of weeks, I have been getting a very sharp pain that only lasts a couple of seconds and then it is gone. To start with it was quite frequent but now it happens about twice a day, some days nothing. It is that sharp that it takes my breath away but it goes as quickly as it goes.

I remember having this before and the doctor said it was a pulled muscle or ligament and it would take a time to heal, which it did eventually.

Fed up of going to the doctors, I will be getting a loyalty card soon.

It's most likely just that a pulled muscle what could spasm momentarily. I know it must be uncomfortable but it should go soon.

I get that sometimes, usually after ive eaten too much. I've had it on and off for years so don't really worry about it.
