at work feeling so depressd,low,weird feelings,feel like i want to cry. not sure why?

Sorry you are feeling low Fruity, have you had a break for Xmas, it was my first day back today and I have been feeling miserable.

I think it's normal to feel that way after the Christmas break fruity, it's kind of an anti climax and Christmas tends to be an emotional time anyway. Why not try listibg some of the things you'd like to change in the new year? I always find that helps me to feel more positive when I get the post Christmas blues Xx
