newbie from cambridgeshire!

hi just thought id say hi every one as been following the forum for quite a while and now have joined !
i guess this is where I tell you my story!
fact is, like others, it would take hours for me to do so !
so the watered down version i guess would be, i have suffered with anxiety on and off since i was 18 !
i guess what triggered it this time was a stressful house move and my nan dying of cancer !
ive had 8 visits to a and e in 6 months all for same symptoms
had chest x rays
ecgs all the vital observations etc !
only once i had high blood pressure and that was after a panic attack

i constantly worry not only about my health ! But everything ! I even stopped being social as that bothers me to !

generally my symptoms vary but the main ones are

chest pain
arm And arm pit pain
headaches
spaced out feeling
restless
irritated
tired
vibrating tremor feeling
twitching

and now seems ive got gerd do :(

i often just check back on here for comfort etc
and to know im not alone
i was prescribed citalopram 2 and a bit months ago which i have bitten the bullet and taken for the first time a few days ago !
i feel a bit strange as in dizzy now and again but i know it takes time !
