Hope everyone had a good Christmas, we'll I made it through with no panic. Today I've been to work just driving home and was thinking to myself how well I felt, no niggles low anxiety, then bang pain in my left arm. I feel like someone doesn't want me to be calm and happy, now I'm worried sick about this pain in arm. I had my results for 48 hour monitor last week which just showed a few PVC's so cardiology have discharged me. I've promised my GP I will start taking sertraline next week but I'm too scared. I never used to be scared to take medication!!!
