Hi everyone, I have not been on here for a year or two as Ive been ok, with day to day things anyway. Still would never go on a train, or plane or holiday outside my country...hate motorways and definitely would not walk where there were no houses very very near (so not cured obviously but day to day things ok).

I had my 4th child in June and things went upside down again, and I was struggling to drive to my own town centre, and still havent tried walking.

There are things I can do, things I cant do (yet).

I wondered if anyone lives near me, would be good to meet people who are close by. I live in East Lothian now.

Hi :),

I live in West Lothian and am a agoraphobia sufferer too. Lately I have started to make some progress with getting out. It would be nice to have someone to talk to who understands for friendship and support.

Hope you are well.

Nice (not nice... noone wants anxiety) to see such a strong Scottish bonding when it comes to anxiety. Sadly, I live on the west coast but I wish you all wel!
