stomach pains

Hi all. Generally been feeling great but a little anxiety creeping back due to stomach pains. They are sharp quick pains all through my stomach, under ribs, sometimes through my back, groin etc. I vomited the other day and saw a tiny bit of blood and am starting to worry the longer it hangs around. I saw my doc a few months ago and he did a full blood workup-including one that tests for signs of cancer and all clear. just wondering if anxiety can cause this and would like to hear from anyone with similar symptoms...do not want to run to the doc again(i am stressed at the mo trying to buy property and running a business) ...thanks for reading

I have been getting pains like this in my right side and back. I am sure mine is anxiety, though it is very real and scary. I have found that mine seems to be worse when I am hungry. Also Rennie have helped as I suspect some of mine is trapped wind, which can cause severe pain, even in the back.
