Hi everyone just want to have somebody to talk to I've been having a hard time since my mom was hospitalized some anxiety symptoms were back at its fullest like headaches, chest pain, dizziness and abdominal discomfort and upper back pain really very painful the thing is I've seen so many post about pancreatic cancer and I don't want to google on it now I'm here having all these worries in my head and I feel so tired of it all.any post on this will be highly appreciated

It is only anxiety. They sound like very classic anxiety symptoms to me. Your mother is hospitalised, after all, it's no wonder why the anxiety is giving you gip.
