My (online) name is Josh, I'm 20 years old and I've been suffering from severe social, health and general anxiety since I was 15.
I've only really just acknowledged how bad anxiety is affecting my life and am currently waiting for therapy.
I constantly worry over my health both physical and mental, I can't work, I have no friends, I don't leave the house and I don't talk to people I don't know, all because anxiety is holding me back.
Over the past 6 months it's been getting increasingly worse, and last month it got to the point where I had a breakdown, unable to cope with the levels of constant stress and worry that plague my everyday life.
I joined nomorepanic so I could express my worries to people who understand what I'm going through and possibly find some friends and a little support :)
