OCD combo HA

I was wondering if my HA is also OCD. Because I panic about diseases and then spend HOURS searching the internet. I can't stop myself from doing this over and over again. What do you guys think?

Yes i think ha is on the OCD spectrum , I think the intrusive thoughts we have count as OCD
