Hi there. Ermm, not too sure what to write. Im nat, and live in scotland, I have ocd, gad. Im using this forum as recommend by my therapist. My mind seems to be in overdrive at the moment so im here to try and help myself. My main concern at the moment is medication and wanting to come off it. Im hoping to chat with you and I wish you all well. Thanks for taking time to read this . :)
