Does anyone else get absolutely wrecked? I dont know if its me with everything going on ie husbands burial yesterday, if its jet lag coming from middle east, if its wakening at 5 every morning because of the time difference and i suppose my biggest worry is something more sinister. I never seem to be fully rested. I was up at ten ish this morning and now at 14.20, I feel id like to go back to bed. Anyone similar??? Thanks

Oh, Pet, what you're going through would exhaust anyone! Tiredness is quite common when people are grieving even when they don't have jet lag on top of it. Take care of yourself as much as you can right now. Do you think a support group of some sort might be helpful? Sometimes sharing your experience with other people facing the same kind of loss makes you feel less alone on the path.

I wish you comfort in the new year.
