Sore nipple

I'm a 37 year old male

Very Overweight

Sore left nipple (only when I touch it)

No lumps just bruised feeling

Anbody help me stop worrying myself to death !!!!!

All this worry is making me forgetful and confused

I had that quite a few times but it was caused by reasons I won't elaborate on publicly ;)
