head sensations!

Does anyone feel lightheaded and fuzzy in the head and at times really feel like your gonna faint...cus tthats what im getting now and im breathing properly, Eyes are funny too????

I feel like this all the time! In face I'm feeling it now - it's the symptom that bothers me the most. It really interferes with everything you do all the time, it's definitely anxiety though! When I'm calm it never feels as bad and occasionally goes completely!
I don't have any advice but I know exactly what you mean and you're not alone!
