Hello - A quick intro. I'm male, 42 and in great shape and yet I spend virtually every minute obsessing about my health. Every muscle ache, twitch, etc is MS or ALS - you get the idea :)

It's getting worse so I've joined this Forum in the hopes of sharing and learning from those others out there with Health Anxiety.
