Dear All,
Do you sometimes, when your health anxiety calms down, after you see all of the possible doctors on Earth and nothing is seriously wrong , feel like you are really unsafe if you are not worried? I mean, does feeling even a little bit happy makes you worry that you will have to pay back later with horrible terrors of HA? How can we fight this? Is it maybe that deep inside we feel as if we do not deserve to be relatively healthy and happy? What is this demon?!:shrug:
