Hi!
I'm 32 and have suffered HA since around 20. It has been bad these past two years after having my daughter and my mom passing just a year ago. She was the one I always talked to about HA. Thankfully I'm very open about talking HA so I don't feel too alone, but my main comfort is no longer here.
Now, let's just see if I can get my internal buzzing/vibrating in my legs to subside once I get my HA under control!
