Withdrawing from medication

I'm going to start withdrawing from pregabalin today. My gp has advised me to reduce by 50mls over the next two weeks. I'm worried about the side effects, in case I get nauseas, or diarrhea, because I have a fear of being sick. I'm terrified of feeling really ill. I may not have any side effects because I've only been on it four months. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Best advice is following your GP's advice. Many years ago I was on Zoloft (only 6 months) and was weaned off with practically no ill effects. If anything, I realized just how drugged I was while I was on it!

Thank you. The problem is I've been using dr google too much and I have got my self into an anxious state. I've been googling constantly about the withdrawal symptoms from when I wake up to between 3 or 6 am.
