Was this the start of a PA?

I was just sat here and then out of nowhere I got a overwhelming feeling of nausea and my ears started ringing really loudly had my head filling up and felt like I needed to go for a number two. I rode it out and it lasted about a minute but my tummy is churning now.

Oh forgot to say I went really got as well. My heart wasn't racing though or anything.

Do you mean you went hot? Sometimes the adrenaline released in a panic attack can make you have literally a 'wave of heat' come over you.

Yeah I'd say that was a Light panic attack

The tummy churning after it was probably your fear of what just happened
Nothing to worry about
Chances are the reason you didn't have hearts palps was ,if you have experienced them before, then you wouldn't be as worried about them.
So the anxiety tries to use different symptoms to bother you.
