Okay so I'm on the housing register but my anxiety is bad it's good I may get my own place but the anxiety that goes with it is so bad, what if they call me sooner rather than later, I mean I want my own place but it's dragging me away from my comfort zone. I have butterflies in my tummy as I write this, so nervous.

Moving house is a major stressor for many people! Even a positive change can be stressful. But once you settle, it will be much better to have stability in your own place. Maybe it would help to write yourself a list of all the positive reasons for getting your own place, you can refer to it when you get anxious and maybe it will help you feel more positive about it.
