I'm on 40mg citalopram and i've just taken some kalms tablets. Do you think it's ok ?

I don't think you should take them both to be honest.

Best to check with the doctor before taking any more

My Doctor told me its ok to take Kalms with Cit
but to take half the usual dose as they will have an increased effect.

I've taken them and I'm on 10mg of citalopram. I don't feel any bad effects, not even drowsy. I'm sure it's fine but check with doc.
