Hey guys. Well this week Ive taken a few steps forward. My appetite is a little better and Im not feeling as exhausted as I was. Been on sertraline for 6 weeks now. Went to a seminar today about coping with stress and anxiety. It was just a introduction to what we will cover over the 6 seession course.
Hope everyone is making progress too?
