Recently been biking to get in better shape, when I ride I will take a deep breathe and get a palpitations, they seem to be lessening, a bit. But still scared I have also been feeling my pulse probably over 100 times a day, some times it to strong some times its to weak, to cast to slow going crazy, I just got done riding and my pulse feels weak.. I get health insurance on the 14th. It I'm scared to go, also been feeling spaced out light headed.
