Can crying none stop be a form of panic? It was my first day back at work today and over the holidays I had been worrying about my job, about the backlog of work and whether I was fitting in as it's a new job in had been coping for the first three weeks then today before work I was in tears and panicking.

Yes, I have experienced crying and tears with my panic attacks. When it gets bad I break down and cry because I feel hopeless or that something bad is happening.

I always cry when I am in a state of panic/high anxiety. I have cried practically non stop for days before.

Yes it is very difficult to stop crying once it starts, I must have been suffering high anxiety levels

People have asked me why I am crying and there isn't really a reason other than I am extremely anxious.
