Chest burning

Trying not to freak out. Had some pizza and beer with friends, think it may just be heartburn but the burning is on the right side of my chest near the nipple area and against the chest wall. Seems to be constant and back hurts too.

Hope it's nothing serious.

Sounds just like some heart burn to me, especially after the beer and pizza! I hope you're feeling ok now, maybe try an antacid if it happens again x
