Hi

Does anyone else get times when their heads are just full of thoughts constantly racing around. It drives me crazy - sometimes it's song lyrics that just keep going round and round but then other lyrics come in and get mixed up together. Sometimes I don't even know what I'm thinking about but I'm aware that I am thinking about nothing and everything.

It's just like they keep bombarding my brain and I can't stop it. The only thing I've found to help is a Diazepam. That seems to calm it all down for a while. Just wondered how everyone else copes with this?

Yes I do something Pips suggested ages ago - I say to myself "Stop already" and at the same time I imagine a lollipop lady's stop sign really large. Then if possible I go and do an activity to continue taking my mind off the track.

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.
