What's your worst symptom ?

What's the worst symptom you've had ?
Mine is Globas ..... awful just now .... feel like a tennis ball is lodged in my throat and the pain between my shoulder blades makes me feel like I'm choking.

Mine is the armpit pain that comes and goes. Sometimes it is just nagging but sometimes it is severe

At the moment headache and dizziness

Mine is probably dizziness and the constant head aches I get when I lie down :(

Muscle pain, headaches, and tingling/burning pains. That's not during panic/anxiety attacks, which can include shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea etc, scary :(

That globus thing is horrible but it is not serious and it does go away eventually. I had it for a long time and even now can still get it when stressed but it doesnt scare me anymore. you will get to that stage too. don't worry.
Right now my worst symptom is a bad migraine.
Up to then it was pain under my arm and breast.... so you can imagine what I was worrying about. i'll probably worry about it again when the migraine goes !!

It use to be dizziness ,know its pressure in the middle of my chest :doh:

breathing. Constant shortness of breath really doesnt aid anxiety :(

Worst one for me is sudden weird feeling that I'm not really here like an out of body experience, it just arrives out of nowhere. I was on a call with a customer at work the other day and it happened! I do get the same lump in throat feeling thing but not as much xx
