My last panic attack was strange normal i just get them with no warning or just feeling weird but i got all the below
excessive sweating
whole body shivering like im very cold
feeling outside my body
pins and needles
numbness
confusion over the most simplest things
mistake with spelling
a weird sensation just below the bottem of my rib cage like a tingling feeling
Hands go very cold like ice
