llo my names marie and i suffer panic attacks been like this for 15 years first couple of years were bad then i managed to cope for the next 10 years my fear is dieing when it forst started i had lump in my throat or so i thought when i got that sorted things improved although still got the odd panic attack now out of the blue i feel i cant breath i cant go down that road again my life has came to a stop dont no where to turn
