panicky & anxious

i feel all panicky & anxious all of a sudden. & my neck was tingling a bit. i am cold i can,t get warm. hate feeling this way.

Have a nice relaxing soak in a hot bath. That is the only way I can warm up when I am feeling cold and shivery.
