Hello friends,
My name is Misti and I just signed up here.
I have been suffering with anxiety pretty much all of my life (although much of that time I didn't know it was anxiety). I have been aware of it for about 5 years now.
I struggle mainly with health anxiety and I am currently in a battle over frequent urination. I am trying not to worry, but we all know that is a cliche in our vocabulary :blush:
I am currently on Klonopin and wanting to wean off of it, but I am scared to death. I have read SO many horror stories. This is definitely a goal of mine this year.
Nice to be here and hope to offer encouragement to others and also find it.
