funny head rush scaring me

I'm really worried at moment and need advice not sure if anxiety but if I look at my phone o r a book for a long time when I look up or get up I have from back of my head all over a sudden head rush/ pressure feeling does anybody else get this I a lso feel more off balance lightheaded and clumsy but on outside I'm not anybody?

I get this all the time especially at work under the florescent lighting it's not nice but doc says anxiety so try not to worrie best to u

I get this a lot, and I seem to get at work under floroscent lighting too. Iv had it a lot today but I do feel very anxious

I do as well. Feels like my ears are closing can't hear as clear. Pressure everywhere and feels like it comes out the top of my head. I feel like thr circulation has bee blocked.it used to Freeman me out but it happens so often and I am still here so I have accepted the feeling.
