Nausea with lower back pain?

Can you get nausea with lower back pain?

I slept on a hard cramped sofa and ever since (2 days) i've had bad back pain.

Is that normal?

Also it feels like im getting period cramps, i'm tired out and i'm getting occasional tummy upsets.
