hey there folks,
so here i am.... my next step in getting better... talking about it!!
I started Citalpram September last year, 20mg initially but 30mg after 6 weeks... and i start counceling later this month...
its so far ben a rollercoaster of ups and downs, its still going on and its like i just cant get off this ride... i know i have to keep on but its so hard at times
anyway, thats a brief... so hoping i can find plenty of help, advice and support and who knows, maybe help some others too!!
