Just quickly introducing myself. I joined today. I'm 43. I'm hoping to read some posts on here from others who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I am due to this, agoraphobic and also have diagnosed PTSD but on the up side I am now getting really good help and support so I think there can be a light at the end of the tunnel and I hope this can be the case for others too.
