For the past 4 nights or so around the same time too! I'd just be sat watching tv or on the computer and around this time 9PM I'll feel hard to breath but I'm not struggling or anything and no one around me will know the difference but it feels like when you've when for a jog in the cold that type of feeling and it just feels like more emphasis on the breathing if that's the right word to use :S
Could just be in my head but I don't know, I'm not like gasping for air or anything, not even breathing out of my mouth it's a very hard situation to describe.
It also feels weird from top of chest to the bottom of adams apple around that area.
