Here we go again

Laying in bed worried about sleeping again but tonight it is coupled with some pretty intense chest pain and now a panic attack that had me thinking if I close my eyes the next thing I will see is the pearly gates of heaven.

I am extremely terrified that my heart is gonna either stop or explode and my time on earth is coming to an end
