I haven't posted on here in god knows how long, mainly since my health anxiety has pretty much vanished at this point, and my holter monitor results came back clean.
The only downside is i feel more anxious and uncomfortable sleeping again, and not to mention i am getting localized chest pain again, mainly around my breast bone and its very easy to pin point, it only lasts for a few seconds or so.
But throughout my whole life i tend to be more prone to chest pains when trying to sleep, is this like something thats common among anxiety sufferers?
On some good news, i intend to start writing a draft for a novel i have been really wanting to write for such a long time (been planning it out on word documents this year, three times before i came up with a plot i really liked) and i hope i can do something good once i get it done in two years or so with revisions and writing other drafts.
