Well my bowel anxiety is really bad for the last week I've had really bad flatulence and low back pain I googled (I know I shouldn't) but it says extreme flatulence and back pain is a symptom of stomach/colon cancer I'm so anxious again ...........

If you google anything to do with bowels you can come up with cancer though!

The reason for the flactulance and back ache is because your anxiety is releasing adrenaline which is making your digestive system work overdrive. It's a very normal symptom of anxiety.

Please do not google symptoms for this reason, if you're worried then see a doctor.
