Take it easy it'll be fine. Did you manage to get through all that clean prep stuff. That was absolutely the hardest part of the whole thing for me. I had mine in Australia and they give you a very light sedation. The nurse told me you might pop off to sleep and I did. Woke up with no pain and a bit of gas and a cup of tea and biscuit later I was out the door. Wife had to pick me up because of the sedative but I felt just fine. Let us know how you get on I'm sure you'll be surprised how quick and easy it all goes. Good luck:)

The hardest part for me was the prep, the actual colonoscopy was fine and I was under no sedation. I had been having excruciating pain for nearly 6 months prior, They found nothing

That's good to hear I'm in the waiting room as we speak. The anxiety is through the roof for me right now with negative thoughts of what I could have can't help but think the worst

Alright everyone just got finished not as bad as I thought am a little sore in the lower section feel fine they removed a polyp and said I should be fine they will biopsy it to see if it's cancerous but highly unlikely in my age and since I've had this problem for years. I want to thank everyone on here for there support helped me tremendously and I'm here for everyone as we'll

It's called "Good Doctoring" ;) It's NOT cancer. Pre-cancerous means if it's left untreated it has the potential to become cancer. You're being treated and they're keeping an eye on things. It's no different than what I'm going through after treatment. I'm cancer free. I go every three months to be checked. After two years it's every 6 months and after 5 years I'm cut loose. And it's like my heart. I had a my 2nd heart attack October of 2012 and had stents put in. I saw my cardiologist every three months up until this past November. Now it's every 6 months.

It's just what a good doctor does to insure your health. If I were you, I'd be celebrating!! :)
