Think im coming down with a cold...

Hi all
I think ive found out why ive felt so bad past few days I think im coming down with a cold :/ My throat is all funny and my nose is all stuffy and Im all achy all of which isnt helping my breathing anxiety. Does anyone else feel like this if they get a cold? Pansa x

Yep. At the moment I have a sore throat too. I can always tell when I'm coming down with something as I get pain above my eyes and my eyes go sort of prickly. Loads of people have colds etc at the moment so it's not surprising if you have one too.
