hi everyone ive suffered anxiety for years but has only really took over my life for a year now. but i feel sick alot and get a sore tummy most evenings. its a horrible butterfly feeling is thwre anything you have found useful to make it go away. my anxiety is due to childhood abuse so resolving the problem is quite difficult. i always felt sick at night when i was young and its stayed with me im 24 now. any advicr would be great

I get mine in the morning, I find just distracting myself or at least focusing on a different part of my body helps. Also eating something, even if it's just a biscuit :)

I have treated mys of with probotic for my tummy and eating. I know the past can't be erased but think of what you want the future to look like and work to that and leave the past.it hurt you enough.say to yourself I am done and say i am not bringing it to the future.
I also have given my energy to yoga and breathing. Yoga focuses on tummy digestive stress issues.
