Hey guys. So I got home about an hour or so ago from a three mile run. I'm now in bed playing ps3 and I checked my heart rate which is currently 90bpm. I think this is far too high for me. Should be closer to 60.

Any thoughts?

Maybe stop checking your pulse and not worry about it? ;)
